Policy Statement & Contract For Country Cabins & Prospective Guests. Please take the time to read this Statement and make sure you understand all its contents before signing.  Once you have read it in its completion, you will need to sign at the bottom stating that you understand this agreement and will abide by it entirely without exception. You must be at least 20 years old to rent the cabin. A Maximum of 6 people are allowed per cabin.  You must list all prospective guests. Check In Time is 4:00 PM [ early check in might be possible... Ask] [Call us if arriving after 8PM just so we know and can help you to find cabin after dark].                          Check out time is 11:00 AM [Late check out might be possible.. Ask] PETS: Our policy is to allow very well trained pets to stay in our cabin. A $5.00 per day fee per pet will be charged.  You will be expected to pay for any damage or cleaning that your pet causes Country Cabins. If your pet destroys our property,  we will send a bill in the amount of damages occurred.. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside and crated when left alone inside. NO EXCEPTIONS !   We can provide food dish & small crate upon request. No pets on furniture or beds. Full Refunds are available for up to 2 weeks prior to your stay minus a $ 8 processing fee if you used a credit or debit card to make your payment.  We are only passing on the fees charged to us when you used your card. No refunds for any reason for late cancellations less then 2 weeks from your date of stay. Important Information: Expect snow and/or ice when staying with us in the winter months. Illinois is known for its very different seasons. We can’t predict the weather, so No cancellations accepted due to bad weather. Front wheel or 4 wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter. In the event of a last minute "bad weather cancellation", we may give a discount towards a future stay at our discretion. NO SMOKING: inside our cabin for the comfort of those who don't smoke.   Smoking is allowed on porches only & away from doors.  A  $100.00 charge will be billed to those who break this policy.  It is a State Law in Illinois as of Jan 2007 for No Public Smoking.  This includes all places of business in the State. PAYMENT can be made by credit card, debit, check or cash. Checks must arrive & clear the bank before reservation will be confirmed.   Clean the cabin before you leave. We ask for you to put all dirty or wet linens in the laundry basket, empty trash, wash your dishes and sweep the floor before you check out. This helps us keep our cost down to make this an affordable stay. Special Requests:  We will try to accommodate any special needs or requests you have.
