| RATES - {Do not include an 11% Hotel Tax .) A full breakfast of your choice included on stays of 4 days or less. SUNDAY- THURSDAY = $90 for Nt for 2 people or 1 bedroom. An additional $40 per Nt for second bedroom up to 4 people. An additional $10 per roll away bed per Nt up to 6 people total. FRIDAY~SATURDAY~HOLIDAY = $115 Per Nt for 2 people or 1 bedroom. An additional $40 for second bedroom up to 4 people. An additional $10 per roll away bed up to 6 total. When staying either a Friday or Saturday, a 2 night minimum stay is required Call to ask which days are considered Holidays. WEEK {7 NIGHTS} = $600 for 2 people for 1 bedroom. An additional $250 for second bedroom up to 4 people. Maximum of 6 people allowed for this cabin. Accommodations can be made for a total of 6 in your party by way of roll away beds. Let us know if you will need a crib instead of a roll away bed. A one time set up charge of $10 will apply. Check In/Out Check in time is 4:00 PM (ask about earlier times) Check out time is 11:00 AM (ask about later times) PETS Our policy is to allow well trained pets to stay in our cabin. A $5.00 per night charge per pet will be applied to your cabin rental in addition to your charges. If we find that your pet pottied, chewed or destroyed the property in any way upon our inspection after you leave, then we will charge your cc in the amount of damages occurred. Pets must be on a leash when outside and crated when left alone inside. NO EXCEPTIONS !! Please see our policy on pets in the Policy Pages for complete listing of information you need to know. You must give a cc # when bringing pets. Important Information We are open year round, so when traveling to our area in the winter months, you must expect to drive a front wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle. Expect snow and/or ice when staying with us in the winter months. Illinois is know for its very different 4 seasons. Refunds are available for up to 2 weeks prior to your stay. (- any processing fee if a credit or debit card was used. Usually no more then $5) No exceptions for any reason for late cancels. We can however use our discretion when refunding. NO SMOKING inside our cabin. It is a State Law in IL for NO public place smoking. Smoking allowed on porches only and away from open windows and doors. A $100.00 charge will be billed to those who break this policy + any Fees fined to us. All Forms of Payment Accepted. Checks must arrive & clear before reservation will be confirmed, (11 business days). A reservation is complete once we receive the deposit and confirm it with you. Once deposit is received, a balance due will be required 2 weeks prior to your stay. SPECIAL NEEDS & REQUESTS We will try to accommodate any special needs or requests you have.
